Scanner Upgrade Procedure
This page describes the actions that must be taken following a scanner OS upgrade to ensure that certain peripherals continue to function properly.
Pulse sequences
Atsushi's spiral needs external rf pulse files. The location of these is determined at compile-time by the WAVFORMPATH definition. This is currently set to /usr/g/atsushi/. (But I'm not sure which files in there are needed.)
The mux_epi2 sequence needs some files for the verse waveforms (verse_sbX_rfY.[frq|grd|rho]). These need to be in /usr/g/bin/.
E.g.:
find /usr/g/research/atsushi/verse_sb* -exec ln -s {} \;
General debugging
mgd_termc will open a couple of terminals where the agp and sdc log messages. So you can see what's going on with the psd.
